What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that I Helen Branton have applied to North Yorkshire Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as 1924, 24 Bar Street, Scarborough, YO11 2HT. The proposed licensable activities are: Sale of Alcohol On and Off the Premises, and Opening Hours: Mon-Thursday 09:00-23:00, Sun 09:00-22:00, Fri & Sat, 09:00-00:00 inc. Live Music. Bank Hol. Sundays. Late Night Refreshments from 23:00-00:00. & New Years Eve.
Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by North Yorkshire Licensing Services, Town Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, YO11 2HG no later than 15th June 2023 stating the grounds for the representation. The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the North Yorkshire Council office at the address given above during normal business hours, or on the council’s website, licensing pages - https://www.northyorks.gov.uk/. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
