NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE OR CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE
Name of applicant / club: Tabu Wine And Cocktail Lounge Postal address of premises: Tabu Wine and Cocktail Lounge, Unit 7 Homelands Commercial Centre, Vale Road, Bishops Cleeve, GL52 8PX.
The applicant proposes to carry on the following licensable activities or qualifying club activities on or from the above premises / club premises as follows:
The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on the premises and recorded music indoors from 09:00 to 22:00 Sunday to Wednesday and from 09:00 to 23:00 Thursday to Saturday. The performance of live music from 18:00 to 22:00 Monday to Sunday.
Any responsible authority or other person who wishes to make representations in relation to the application must make them in writing to, Licensing Team, Tewkesbury Borough Council, Council Offices, Gloucester Rd, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, GL20 5TT, where the licensing register and application record may be viewed by appointment during normal office hours.
Representations in relation to the application from responsible authorities or other persons must be made no later than 9 June 2023.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is Level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
