NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that we, Anglia Ruskin University, have on the 3rd May 2023 applied to Chelmsford City Council as the Licensing Authority for a variation to a premises licence for Anglia Ruskin University, Bishop Hall Lane, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1SQ.

Licensable Activities applied for: Variation to our current premises license so that it exhibits a change in name to some buildings and areas on the campus; and includes the newly erected buildings since our last license application in 2008.

Anyone wishing to make representations concerning this variation application should do by writing to the above address or emailing licensing@chelmsford.gov.uk

Representations in respect of this application must reach the Licensing Authority by 31st May 2023.

Representations received after this date cannot be considered. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a fine. 

The full application can be arranged for viewing with the licensing department upon request.
