What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that We, Ramside Estates Limited, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as HARDWICK HALL HOTEL SEDGEFIELD TS21 2EH for a Variation of a Premises Licence to permit the following: To update the premises licence plan to clearly identify areas of the site. Updating of the operating schedule and removal of erroneous references which are now either obsolete or superfluous. All annexures relating to Marquees will be removed. It is proposed that the provision of regulated entertainment will apply to the whole site to ensure uniformity subject to the operating schedule. A new noise management plan will apply. The full application can be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.
A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/ objections to these applications. Representations must be made in writing by 24th May 2023 and sent to: Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 617, Durham, DH1 9HZ alternatively email: licensing@durham.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
