NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES

LICENCE

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the
Licensing Authority of Central Bedfordshire Council for a
Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at 198 Ampthill Road,
Flitwick, MK45 1BA. The proposed licensable activity
is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption
off the premises each day of the week between
06:00 and 00:00. Written representations can be
made to the Licensing Authority by emailing
licensing@centralbedfordshre.gov.uk at any time up to and
including 22nd May 2023. A copy of the application is also
held by Central Bedfordshire Council, Licensing Team and
may be viewed upon request.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is Level 5.
