What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

Notice of application on 20 April 2023 to Cornwall Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence by Shell UK Oil Products Limited for Shell Cornish Gateway, A30 Victoria Junction, Roche, St. Austell, Cornwall, PL26 8UF to update the premises telephone number, update the internal layout plan attached to the licence and to remove all conditions under annex 2 and replace them with updated conditions consistent with the operating policies of the new premises licence holder. 

Any representations in respect of the application in writing to Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Chy Trevail, Beacon Technology Park, Bodmin PL31 2FR or to licensing@cornwall.gov.uk by 18 May 2023. A record of the application can be inspected at the Council offices (above) Monday – Friday during normal office hours (except Bank Holidays) or via www.cornwall.gov.uk. 

It is an offence to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
