NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: Ryhope Cricket Club, Ryhope Colliery Welfare Ground, Ryhope, Street South, Sunderland, SR2 0AB
Notice is given that Ryhope Cricket Club has applied to Sunderland City Council to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed variation to the Premises Licence is To extend the current licensable area to cover some of the outside cricket pitch for up to 5 outdoor events each year.
The licensing register of Sunderland City Council is kept at: Sunderland City Council, Licensing Section, City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA. A record of the application may be inspected by appointment during the hours Monday to Thursday 8.30 – 5.15 and Friday
8.30 – 4.45 at the Customer Services Centre, City Hall. To make an appointment
email licensing@sunderland.gov.uk
Representations regarding the application must be made in writing to the Council or by emailing licensing@sunderland.gov.uk no later than
15th May 2023.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
