NOTICE OF APPLICATION

First Date of Display of this Notice: 6 April 2023.

Notice is given that Priyanthini Shanmugaragavan has applied to Bexley Council for the variation of the PREMISES LICENCE issued in respect of the premises known as: Stop & Shop situated at 273 Broadway, Bexley Heath, Kent, DA6 8DG.

The application seeks to vary the licence as follows: 

1.  To open the premises for public on Fridays and Saturdays till 0300 next morning.

2. To allow alcohol delivery service on Fridays and Saturdays until 0300 next morning.

3. On Fridays and Saturdays after 2300 all alcohol will be behind lockable cabinets and no sale of alcohol will be available for customers, other than for delivery service.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
