What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003

Take notice that Donna McHugh has applied to Rossendale Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for a new Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Buckhurst Lodgeside, adjacent Buckhurst Lodge, Buckhurst Road, Bury, BL9 6SZ

The proposed licensable activities are as follows:- The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages daily between the hours of 1030 and 2200

The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is the Licensing Unit, Rossendale Borough Council, The Business Centre, Futures Park, Newchurch Road, Bacup, OL13 0BB. The record of the application may be inspected between 9 am and 5pm Monday to Friday or at any time at www.rossendale.gov.uk.

An interested party or responsible authority may make a representation in writing to the Licensing Unit, Rossendale Borough Council, The Business Centre, Futures Park, Newchurch Road, Bacup, OL13 0BB by 24 April 2023.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the Standard Scale, currently £5,000.
