Notice is hereby given that Greene King Brewing and Retailing Limited has applied in respect of the Prince of Wales 118 Alcester Road, Moseley, Birmingham, B13 8EE for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:
This application is to vary the layout of t he premises in accordance with the submitted plan, drawing number 6118-601.
The changes include reconfiguration of the fixed seating, main bar servery, gents & ladies toilets and new access to the kitchen.
IN ADDITION, this application also seeks to change the layout of the premises to add an additional bar servery to the rear of the garden. There will be no changes to the hours and conditions of the licence.
Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 18 April 2023, to the Birmingham City Council Licensing Authority at Phoenix House, Valepits Road, Garretts Green, Birmingham B33 0TD where the register of licensing applications can be inspected during office hours and/or at www.birmingham.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
