Notice is hereby given that an application was made by Crispin James Cutting and Maria Galdes to Pembrokeshire County Council for a variation of a premises licence. The application for the variation is in respect of The Stowaway, 2 Penniless Cove Hill, Tenby Harbour, Tenby SA70 7BZ and can be inspected during normal business hours at the Licensing Section,Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest, SA61 1TP by prior arrangements, or on the council's website at www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/licensing.
The variation application is to extend the licensed area to include an adjacent archway, and to include the same licensable activities in that area. The hours for licensable activities to remain the same for both areas. Those hours to be authorised throughout the year.
Any representations relevant to one or more of the licensable objectives can be made to Pembrokeshire County Council in respect of the application should be made to the Lead Licensing Officer, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire SA61 1TP or by email to licensing@pembrokeshire.gov.uk.
Representations must be made in writing by 14th April 2023, clearly stating the grounds upon which representations are made relevant to the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with the application for variation for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a fine.
