NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT ZAMCORP FXXII LIMITED has applied to Reading Borough Council on 7 March 2023 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Zambrero 31 QUEEN VICTORIA STREET READING RG1 1SY for the provision of the sale by retail of alcohol (on and off sales) Monday to Saturday 11:00 to 21:00 and Sundays 11:00 to 20:30, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person wishing to view this application may do so at Reading Borough Council by prior arrangement between the hours of 9am to 5pm please ring 0118 9373762 to make an appointment or via email to licensing@reading.gov. uk.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Reading Borough Council, Licensing Section, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Reading, RG1 2LU to be received by no later than 4 April 2023 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council's website www.reading.gov. uk or by appointment at the Council's offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
