Notice of Application for a Variation of Premises Licence
Notice is given that Martin Horsfield of Cliffhanger Café Limited has applied to BCP Council to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to: Cliffhanger Café Ltd, Waterford Road, Highcliffe, Dorset. BH23 5JA
The following variation has been applied for: To permit the Supply of Alcohol (On and Off Sales) from LittleHanger kiosk within the grounds of the premises Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 21:00 and to include the kiosk in the licence plan
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk .
Representations must be received no later than Wednesday 5th April 2023
The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00 and 16:00 hours Monday to Friday at the above address or on the website www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk .
Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
