Borough Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence by
RBSP Trading Ltd for BAIT, 45-46 Kings Road, St
Leonards on Sea TN37 6DY to allow the Sale by Retail of
Alcohol (on/off) 0900hrs-0000hrs (on sales from 1100hrs)
& Late Night Refreshment 2300-0000hrs, Monday to
Sunday. Any person wishing to make representations about
this application should write to: Hastings Borough Council,
Head of Environment & Place, Muriel Matters
House, Breeds Place, Hastings, TN34 3UY, or email
Licensing@hastings.gov.uk on or before 6 April 2023. The
application can be viewed by pre-arranged appointment at
the council offices, during office hours. It is an offence
knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in
connection with an application & a person is liable to a fine
of an unlimited amount on summary conviction for the
offence.
