Notice of Application for Variation of a Premises Licence

AFC Bournemouth Limited hereby gives notice that an application was made to BCP Council (the Council) on 7 March 2023 for Variation of the Premises Licence for AFC Bournemouth Stadium, Dean Court Ground, Bournemouth BH7 7AF to permit additional external licensed areas, and the licensable activity of boxing and wrestling between the hours of 16:30 and 00:00 Mondays to Sundays (limited to 4 occasions a year if for a major event with a capacity exceeding 500) on additional conditions and an amendment to 3 conditions for the duration of a major boxing or wrestling event

The full application may be inspected at the offices of the Council, BCP Council Offices,The Licensing Team,Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA during normal office hours or online at www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk.

Any party or responsible authority may make written representations to the Council by 4 April 2023,

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable to an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
