Name of Applicant: Pieminister Limited
Name and Postal address of Premises: 35 St Mary Street, Cardiff, CF10 1AD.
Proposed variation:
To update the licensed plan attached to the premises (fixtures and fittings).
To remove condition 1 (Annex 2) from the licence that reads: 1) Alcohol will only be sold with a substantial meal.

To extend the terminal opening hour by half hour for ‘drinking up’ to show as:
Monday to Saturday: 08:00 to 23:30
Sunday: 09:00 to 22:30

Kitchen to remain open serving our menu during trading hours.

There are no changes to the licensed activities and times.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Cardiff County Council, Regulatory Services, Licensing Section, City Hall, Cardiff CF10 3ND between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail at licensing@cardiff.gov.uk by 7th April 2023.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
