Notice is given that Yared Markos applied to Hackney Council for a premises licence at Kaffa Coffee, 1 & 2 Gillett Square, N16 8AZ in order that the following licensable activities can take place: 1 .To allow for the provision of recorded music from Sunday to Thursday between 0800hrs & 2330hrs and Fridays & Saturdays between 0800hrs & 0130hrs. 2. To provide Late Night Refreshment Sunday to Thursday 2300hrs until 2330hrs and Fridays &

Saturdays 2300hrs until 0130hrs. 3. Any representations against this appli -cation must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Service at the above address, by no later than the 29th March 2023. Residents and businesses in the vicinity of the premises, or their representatives, may make representations on licensing objectives grounds only, i.e. the prevention of crime and disorder, the prevention of public nuisance, public safety and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5000 for an applicant to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
