NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises: 29 Stockton Road, Sunderland,
SR2 7AQ
Notice is given that 29 Stockton Road CIC has applied to Sunderland City Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed licensable activities are:
Provision of Regulated Entertainment (live music) - Every Day (09:00- 23:00) Provision of Regulated Entertainment (recorded music) - Every Day (09:00 – 23:00) Sale by Retail of Alcohol - Every Day (11:00 - 23:00)
The licensing register of Sunderland City Council is kept at: Sunderland City Council, Licensing Section, City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA.
A record of the application may be inspected by appointment during the hours Monday to Thursday 8.30 – 5.15 and Friday 8.30 – 4.45 at the Customer Services Centre, City Hall.
Representations regarding the application must be made in writing to the council or by emailing licensing@sunderland.gov.uk no later than
3rd April 2023
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
