The above application has been made to Wirral Borough Council by:- Quality Matters Ltd of Go Local Borough Rd, 146-148 Borough Road, Wallasey CH44 6NH for:- The sale of alcohol (off the premises) and hours open to the public from 06.00 to 23.00 Sunday to Monday.
Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey by email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk no later than 30.03.23. A full copy of the above application is kept on the Council website at https://www. wirral.gov.uk/business/licences-and-permits/entertainment-and-alcohol/current-applications-and-representations It is an offence under 158 of the Ucerising Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application that carries an unlimited fine.
