Labh Food Ltd hereby confirm by way of notice that
we have applied to High Peak Borough Council for
the Grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the
premises known as:- Noonology 15 High Street,
Buxton, Derbyshire, SK17 6ET Licensable activities
applied for:- • Sale of alcohol and Recorded Music:-
Every Day:- 08:00 until 21:00 • The opening times
applied for:- Every day:- 08:00 until 22:00 A Register
is held at High Peak Borough Council containing
information of all applications under the Licensing
Act 2003 and can be inspected (by appointment) at
the offices of High Peak Borough Council, Buxton
Town Hall, Buxton, SK17 6EL between the hours of
10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday
(excluding Bank Holidays), or can be viewed here:

other person may make representations in writing to
High Peak Borough Council Licensing Team by 23rd
March 2023 WARNING: It is an offence knowingly or
recklessly to make a false statement in connection
with an application and the maximum fine for which
a person is liable on summary conviction is not
exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000)
