LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION FOR NEW
PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Mr Adly Gamgoum has applied
in respect of the Las Romanas, 73 Abington Street,
Northampton, NN1 2BH for the grant of a new premises
licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the
following: To permit the sale of alcohol (on/off sales) from
11:00 hours to 23:00 hours Sunday to Thursday and from
11:00 hours until 02:00 hours the following morning Friday
and Saturday. For live music, recorded music and
entertainment similar to live/recorded music and
performance of dance on a Friday and Saturday from 11:00
hours until 02:00 hours the following morning. For Late
Night Refreshment on a Friday and Saturday from 23:00
hours until 02:00 hours the following morning. To allow for
thirty minutes drinking up time following the last permitted
sale of alcohol. The premises to open to the public from
08:00 hours every day, for the sale of breakfast, tea, coffee
and other light refreshment (no licensable activity).
Representations to this application must be made in writing,
by the end of 3rd April 2023, to Licensing Department

The register of licensing applications can be inspected at
the above address by appointment during office hours.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
