What is proposed?

Notice to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

Notice is hereby given that Habtom Ghebremichael has applied to vary the premises Licence at Diamond Lounge, 17-19 Barr Street, Birmingham, B19 3EH as follows: Increase the times for the provision of Regulated entertainment, Late Night refreshments, and the Sale of alcohol on the premises. 

New Times: Monday to Wednesday 10:00 - 01:30. Thursday to Sunday 10:00 – 05:00. Interested parties or responsible authorities may make written representation to: General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ / licensing@birmingham.gov.uk by 28 March 2023.
