Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence
I, Paul Rooney of Radioactive Clothing Ltd T/A Slammin Events, Lloyds Amphitheatre and Waterfront Square, Canons House, Canons Way, Bristol, BS1 5LL, have submitted an application for the grant of a premises licence to Bristol City Council, Licensing Authority 100 Temple Street, Bristol BS1 6AG. The record of the application may also be inspected at this address between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday - Friday, with the exception of Wednesday when the opening hours are 10.00am and 5.00pm or on the Council’s website at www.bristol.gov.uk
The licence is being applied to cover three events between the 27th and 29th July 2023.
Retail Sale of Alcohol:
Thursday 27th and Friday 28th July 16:00 - 23:00 and Saturday 29th July 14:00 - 23:00
Provision of Regulated Entertainment:
Provision of live music, recorded music and dance or anything similar: Thursday 27th and Friday 28th July 17:00 - 22:30 and Saturday 30th July 14:00 - 22:30 Premises Closed: 23:20 Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Relevant persons and responsible authorities may make written representation to the relevant Licensing Authority by 3rd April 2023 (which shall be no less than 28 consecutive days starting on the day after the day on which the application was given to the Licensing Authority) such representation shall be made in writing to Licensing Team (100TS) PO BOX 3399 Bristol BS1 9NE or via email: licensing@bristol.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
