What is proposed?


Notice is given that ADMIRAL TAVERNS LIMITED
has applied to Fareham Borough Council to vary a
Premises Licence in respect of premises known as
The Trinity Tavern, 3 Trinity Street, Fareham, PO16
7SD. The proposed variation is for the following:
• The proposed variation application has been
requested to increase the licensed area (as shown
on plan attached) to allow live, recorded music and
sale of alcohol to be provided in the garden area of
the premises from Monday - Saturday: 11:00 -
22:00 and Sunday: 12:00 - 22:00. This application
has also been submitted to request the extension of
opening times of the premises from 09:00 daily for
the provision of breakfasts.
• Amendment of Annex 2, condition 11.
