LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF
APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: Grill House, 11 Elemore Lane, Easington
Lane, Houghton-le-Spring DH5 0QB
Notice is given that Samangoodarzi Mohammadi has
applied to Sunderland City Council for a Premises Licence
under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed licensable
activities are: Provision of late night refreshment - Every
Day (23:00 - 01:00) Sale by Retail of Alcohol - Every Day
(15:00 - 01:00).
The licensing register of Sunderland City Council is kept at:
Sunderland City Council, Licensing Section, City Hall,
Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA. A record of the
application may be inspected by appointment during the
hours Monday to Thursday 8.30 – 5.15 and Friday 8.30 –
4.45 at the Customer Services Centre, City Hall or by
emailing Licensing@sunderland.gov.uk. Representations
regarding the application must be made in writing to the
Council or by emailing Licensing@sunderland.gov.uk no
later than 16th March 2023.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application and the
maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary
conviction for the offence is unlimited.
