Eastfield House, Old Bristol Road - Premises Licence
What is proposed?
Mrs Emma Cox is applying for the Grant of a Premises Licence for Eastfield House, Old Bristol Road, East Brent, Highbridge, TA9 4HX.
The Licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take place: sale of alcohol on the premises / provision of regulated entertainment/ provision of late night refreshment. On the following days Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 14:00 to 19:00, Friday and Saturday from 14:00 to 23:30
and Sunday from 11:00 to 16:00. Any person wishing to make a representation in relation to this application must do so in writing to by 22nd March 2023 and send it to; Licensing, Environmental Services, Sedgemoor District Council, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3AR. Representations may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice. Alternatively, a copy is kept by; The Licensing Unit, Sedgemoor District Council, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3AR. The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm. Not including bank holidays.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is
