What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE - Licensing Act 2003

We, Beachcomber Leisure Limited, hereby give notice
that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Adur
& Worthing Councils for the grant of a Premises Licence
at Molotov Cocktail & Vodka Bar, 31 Chatsworth Road,
Worthing, BN11 1LY to: 1. Permit the sale and supply
of alcohol, Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 03:00;
and Sunday from 12:00 to 02:00. 2. Permit the provision
of Live & recorded music and the provision of dance,
Monday to Saturday from 11:00 to 03:00; and Sunday
from 12:00 to 02:00. 3. Allow the premises to be open
to members of the public from Monday to Saturday from
11:00 to 03:30; and Sunday from 12:00 to 02:30.
4. Allow extended hours for licensable activities on
notable days. Interested parties, responsible authorities,
authorised persons or other persons wishing to make
representations to this application must do so in writing
to the licensing service at: The Licensing Unit, Adur &
Worthing Councils, Portland House, 44 Richmond
Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1HS no later than:
21st March 2023. Representations after this date will not
be considered. Copies of representations will be sent to
the applicant. The application may be viewed, in full, at
the above offices between the hours of 9.00am and
4.00pm Monday to Friday. Information as to the date of
hearing to determine the application may be obtained
from www.adur-worthing.gov.uk.
It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to
level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited), under
Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false
statement in or in connection with this application.
