What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A
PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Akhlaq Hussain intends to
apply for a Premises Licence in respect of premises
known as the Big Bite, 5 Briggate, Leeds, LS1 4AF.
It is proposed as follows: - Late Night Refreshment
Friday and Saturday from 23:00 until 05:00 hours;
Opening hours Friday to Saturday 17:00 until 05:30
hours. Please refer to the application for full details and
conditions we have proposed. A copy of the Application
can be inspected at the offices of Entertainment
Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1
1UR between normal office hours. – www.leeds.gov.uk.
This application was lodged with Leeds City Council on
23/02/2023 and any representations must be made in
writing to them at the above address no later than
23/03/2023.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act
2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with
this application. Those who make a false statement may
be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any
amount.
