What is proposed?

Application for the variation of a premises license under the licensing act 2003

MD76 Ltd is applying for the variation of a premises license at: King of the Clubs, Hill st, Birmingham, B5 4AH. The variation will allow: Extension of hours for regulated activities/ supply of alcohol & late night refreshments. 

Any person wishing to view the application can do so by appointment with the licensing section. Public register at: birmingham.gov.uk/licensing Representations must be made in writing by midnight on Thursday 23rd March 2023. It is an offence under section 158 licensing act 2003, to make a false statement in connection with this application.
