APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application for a Premises Licence under the above- mentioned legislation has been made by Kew Green (Square) Limited to City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises known as Holiday Inn Lincoln which are situated at Holiday Inn Lincoln Brayford Wharf North Lincoln LN1 1YW. It is proposed to retain the current licensable activities and continue to provide films; live music; recorded music; performance of dance and anything similar and the sale of alcohol between 10am - midnight Sunday to Thursday and 10am and 2am Friday and Saturday.To provide late night refreshment between 11pm -midnight Sunday to Thursday and 10am -2am Friday and Saturday.The record of applications may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DD during normal office hours. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 23rd March 2023.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
