What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 
I Justin Lewis, give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of The Bank at Bude, Pethericks Mill, Bude, EX23 8TF
The application is to: Extend hours for Sale by retail of alcohol Thursday – Saturday until 00:00 hours,Sunday until 23:00 hours. Provide Recorded music Monday – Wednesday between the hours 09:00 and 00:00, Thursday – Saturday 09:00 – 00:30 and Sunday 09:00 – 23:00. 
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Ease Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Chy Trevail, Beacon Technology Park, Bodmin PL31 2FR or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uknot later than 20 March 2023. 
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment. Details are also at www.cornwall.gov.uk by searching ‘List of current premises license applications’. Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Office on 01726 223433.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
