What is proposed?

The Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that I, Mr Thomas Bolton, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as THE MAGIC CORNER 19 AND A HALF OLD ELVET DURHAM DH1 2YJ for a Variation of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 13:00 to 2300hrs On Sales Only. The full application can be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm. A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications.

Representations must be made in writing by 14th March 2023 and sent to: Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 617, Durham. DH1 9HZ alternatively email: licensing@durham.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
