Spar — Units 1 & 2 Marlpool Lane, Kidderminster, DY11 5DA The applicant proposes to vary the existing Premises Licence for Unit 1 Marlpool Lane so that it also incorporates the adjacent unit at Unit 2 Marlpool Lane following the amalgamation of both units as shown on a new store layout plan which accompanies the Variation. No other changes are to be sought to the existing Premises Licence including those relating to the sale/supply of alcohol which remains as previously granted.
