Notice of application for the grant of a time limited premises license under section 17 licensing act 2003
NOTICE is hereby given that Kathleen Turnbull has applied to Northumberland County Council for the grant of a time limited premises license in respect of "shoe shaker festival," Fisher Lane,Cramlington, Northumberland, NE23 8AU in accordance with submitted plans. It shall operate primarily for music, entertainment & alcohol sales purposes. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: (1) open times: 12:00 to 23:00 hours on Saturday 5th August (2) To supply alcohol by retail (on/off sales) 12:00 to 23:00 Saturday 5th August (3) Provision of regulated entertainment, indoor and outdoor (a) live music (b) recorded music (c) dance and similar to ABC (4)Indoor and outdoor 12:00 to 23:00 hours. An operating schedule and conditions shall apply. Anyone that wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice, in writing to the licensing authority, public protection, Northumberland County Council, Stakeford depot, East view, Stakeford, Northumberland, NE62 5TR.
