What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Caspar Hospitality Limited has applied to Manchester City Council for a premises licence for Four Yards, Part Ground Floor, Part Basement, 86 Cross Street, Manchester M2 4LA as follows: 
To permit the sale of alcohol, live and recorded music between the hours of 12:00 and 01:00 on the ground floor & 12:00 and 02:00 in the basement. To permit Late Night Refreshment between the hours of 23:00 and 01:30 on the ground floor & 23:00 and 02:30 in the basement. Opening hours for the premises are to be 12:00 until 02:30 daily. 

Full details of the application may be inspected by appointment only by contacting Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532 M60 2LA or premises.licensing@ manchester.gov.uk Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 16 March 2023. 

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
