LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION TO A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises: 80-88 High Street, Croydon, CR0 1NA. Notice is given that Mr Anselmo Chiofalo has applied to Croydon Council to vary a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed variation is to change the internal layout of the premises and to include the outside garde area as part of the licensable area as indicated on the plan submitted with this application. Also to remove some conditions from the licence and to add some conditions to the licence. Application details can be viewed at Access Croydon Reception, Bernard Weatherill House, between 9 a.m. & 3.45 p.m., Monday to Friday (except bank holidays), or online via www.croydon.gov.uk. If you wish to make any representations in relation to this application, please do so in writing, within 28 days from the 24.02.2023, to: Place Department, Licensing Team, 6th Floor, Zone A, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CR0 1EA. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for such an offence is £5000.
