Any representation must be received within 28 days of the date of the application (by 17/03/2023 at: Licensing Unit, Level 1, Town Hall Extension, Manchester, M2 5DB. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fi ne for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
