Notice Is given that Healthy Foods House Ltd has applied to London Borough of Tower Hamlets Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003

Premises details: 58 Wentworth Street, London, E1 7AL, U.K.

The licensable activities and timings are: Supply of Alcohol (on premise  ONLY) 12:00 (noon) to 23:00 Monday to Sunday

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited fine)
