Licensing Act 2003: Application for a new Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that (1) Chapeau Bermondsey Limited T/A WatchHouse has applied to the Borough of Tower Hamlets on (2) 02/02/2023 for a new premises licence for (3) 139 Commercial St, London E1 6EB.
The proposed application is to permit (4) lor the sale by retail of alcohol.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by (5) 02/02/2023 (28 days the day after the application Is received by the licensing department) stating the grounds for making said representation to:
Licensing Team Environmental Health & Trading Standards Mulberry Place 5 Clove Crescent London E14 2BG.
The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at https://www.towerhamlets.gov.uk/ Ignl/business/licences/ and following the link to the public register.
The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
