What is proposed?

THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Mr Tony Jones has applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: Lakeside Tearooms, Harperley Hall Farm, Stanley, Durham, DH9 9UB.

For the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:

The sale by retail of alcohol (on & off sales) 11.00 - 23.00 Monday to Sunday inclusive. New Year's Eve 11.00 - 01.00 on New Year's Day.

A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.

Any representations about this application must be made in writing by the 13th March 2023, and sent to: - Durham County Council, Licensing, PO Box 617, Durham. DH1 9HZ Or e-mail to Licensing@durham.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
