Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied in respect of the Marine Bar & Kitchen 3-5 South Road Waterloo Liverpool L22 5PE for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:
This is an application to vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan.
The changes consists of permitting the use of the front beer garden area for the sale of alcohol from a mobile dispense bar and a creation of an additional drinking area adjacent.
To also add conditions to the premises licence operating schedule to further promote the licensing objectives.
A full list of these conditions can be obtained from Sefton Council Licensing Authority. All hours, activities and conditions currently permitted by the premises are to remain unchanged by this application.
This application can be inspected in person at the below postal address (weekdays 09.00 to 15.00 by appointment).
Any representations to the application shall be in writing and should be lodged with The Licensing Authority Licensing Unit, Sefton MBC, Magdalen House, 30 Trinity Road, Bootle, L20 3NJ, stating the terms of the grounds of the said representation, no later than the end of 15th March 2023.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
