What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
FAT HIPPO RESTAURANTS LIMITED applied to Bath & North East Somerset Council on 17 February 2023 for a licence to use the premises at 1 Gascoyne Place, Bath, BA1 1EY for the supply of alcohol on Monday - Sunday between the hours of 11:00am and 23:00pm.
Notification of the application made to the Licensing Authority is available on a register at www.bathnes.gov. uk/licensing-register. Representations should be made in writing to: Bath & North East Somerset Council, Licensing Services, Lewis House, Manvers Street, Bath BA1 1JG or by email to licensing@bathnes.gov.uk by 18 March 2023.
Representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
