NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given thatWe, Greene King Retailing Ltd have applied to the London Borough of Hillingdon on 14th February 2023 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at the: Ascott, 144 Field End Road, Eastcote, HA5 1RJ.To vary the sale of alcohol and hours open to the public from 9am, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.To add: No under 21’s to be permitted on the premises on Friday and Saturday evening from 2200 hours, unless dining with an adult. Where identified by a risk assessment, if required, door staff will be employed and will wear body cams.All door staff will be SIA trained. Entertainment to be restricted to live music, recorded music, anything of a similar description, for clarification no disc jockeys (with the exception of Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, major national event i.e. the Coronation)To remove:The council’s rules of management for pub annexed hereto shall be fully complied with when the premises is in use for regulated entertainment – archaic condition.The DPS will be a member of Pub Watch. To be amended to: The DPS, or a responsible person, will be a member of Pub Watch. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 14th March 2023 stating the grounds for making said representation to: London Borough of Hillingdon, Licensing Team, Civic Centre, High Street, UB8 1UW, licensing@hillingdon.gov.uk.A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of London Borough of Hillingdon, Licensing Team, Civic Centre, High Street, UB8 1UW, licensing@hillingdon.gov.uk, during normal office hours. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
