Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For The Grant Of A Premises Licence

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I/WE MARC EDMUNDS Of GGSD LTD have applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: Former Barclays Bank Plc, of The Cross, Bromborough, Wirral CH62 7HQ for the following Licensable Activities:- Nature of Licensable Activity and Days and Hours Requested Supply of Alcohol- Sun Fri 11:00 23:00/ Sat 11:00 00:00 - Recorded Music- Sat 23:00 00:00. A full copy of the above application is kept on the Council website at https://www.wirral.gov.uk/business/licences-and-permits/entertainment-and-alcohol/current-applications-and-representations.

Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey by email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk no later than 03rd March 2023. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
