New Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that I Liam Stemson, have
made a Application for a Premises Licence under
Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 in resepct of
the Premises known as Unit 2, 14, Liverpool Road,
Penwortham, Preston, PR1 0AD. I intend to apply
to play live and recorded music during the
liecensable hours of 23:00 – 00:00 on Saturdays.
Supply of alcohol for on and off premise
consumption during the hours of 09:00 to 23:00
Mon to Sun, except hours 9:00 to 00:00 for Sat.
Standard premise open hours to the public Mon to
Sun 09:00 to 23:30, except hours of 09:00 to 00:30
0n Sat. Interested parties (within the meaning of the
Act) may make written representations to South
Ribble Borough Council about this application until
10th March 2023, which should be sent to the
following address: Licensing South Ribble Borough
Council Civic Centre West Paddock Leyland PR25
