What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE – LICENSING ACT 2003

Take notice that Mr Ray Harrison has applied to Burnley Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 to vary a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as The Circus Café Lounge, 61 Bank Parade, Burnley, BB11 1UG

The proposed variations are as follows:-
The supply of alcohol on the premises and premises opening hours
0.900am to 0.100am Monday to Saturday
10.00am to 01.00am Sunday
The playing of Recorded Music
09.00am to 01.00am Monday to Saturday
10.00am to 00.00 Sunday
The playing of live music
12.00noon to 01.00am Monday to Sunday.

An interested party or responsible authority may make a representation in writing to The Principal Licensing Officer, Burnley Borough Council Licensing Unit, 1st Floor Parker Lane, Burnley, Lancashire, BB11 2DT or by email to
licensing@burnley.gov.uk by Sunday 9th March 2023.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine.
