Notice Pre of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Wagamama Limited has applied to Ashford Borough Council for the variation of premises licence in respect of premises known as Wagamama, 47-48 Ashford Designer Outlet, Kimberley Way, Ashford, TN24 0SD. The proposed variation is: 1. To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with plans submitted with the application; and 2. To update the premises address to 47-49 Ashford Designer Outlet, Kimberley Way, Ashford, TN24 0SD.
Permitted hours and licensable activities remain as existing. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Section, Ashford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Tannery Lane, Ashford, Kent TN23 1PL no later than 13th March 2023 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Ashford Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.ashford.gov.uk
