What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 

APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

 I/We BCTi Holdings Ltd have applied to South Staffordshire Council to vary a premises licence for The Old Bush, High Street, Wombourne, Wolverhampton, South Staffordshire, WV5 9DT. So that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours: Internal Alterations to public house to create a one room drinking area and full refurbishment of all areas. No alterations to operation schedule or opening times.

Please contact South Staffordshire Council’s Licensing Team, Council Offices, Wolverhampton Road, Codsall, WV8 1PX, 01902 696000, email: licensing@sstaffs.gov.uk to arrange inspection of the application details. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above, by no later than 10th March, 20023.Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application.

Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear a the Council’s Licensing Sub-Committee. Note: it is an office, liable on conviction of fine up to £5,000 for a person to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
