Notice of Application for a Premises Licence NOTICE is hereby given that Home Grown Hotels Limited has applied to Canterbury City Council for the grant of a new premises licence to replace the existing licence for the premises known as Smoked & Uncut, The PIG at Bridge Place, Bourne Park Road, Bridge CT4 5BH. The application is for the grant of a licence to permit the supply of alcohol from 12:00 to 01 :OD; the Pertormance of Live Music from 12:00 to 24:00; the Playing of Recorded Music from 12:00 to 01:00; the provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 01 :OD and to increase maximum capacity from 3,000 to 4,000 people. The event is held once a year, principally on one day, though open to a limited number of "glamping" residents from the Friday evening until midday the following Sunday. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, Council Offices, Military Road, Canterbury, Kent. CT1 1YW (or business.support@ canterbury.gov.uk) no later than 06 March 2023. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Canterbury City Council at the above address (or https://www.canterbury.gov.uk). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
