Mr A Amarasingam has applied to Stoke on Trent Council for a new premises licence at Units 1 and 2 Lomax Halls, Consort St/Hill St, Stoke on Trent ST4 1NL to sell alcohol (off-sales) 6am-2am and late night refreshment to 2am daily. Any representations must be in writing and received by 7/3/23 at Licensing Services, The White House, Weighbridge Lodge, Cromer Road, Northwood, Stoke-on-Trent, ST1 6QN or email to hcp.licensing@stoke.gov.uk 

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and could incur a maximum fine of £5000.
